5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

l899 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Please read the conditions below carefully before claiming any offer:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Example: ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000; or ৳42,000 deposited → ৳20,000 bonus → total ৳62,000.
• Wagering Requirement: 25 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus total.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts is considered fraud.
• l899 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time.
• In the event of a bonus terms violation, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided.

6 Betting & Gaming Policy

The following rules must be followed when using l899's gaming and betting services:

• All bets or game transactions are final. l899 reserves the right to void or correct results that are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• In sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete per the rules, the stake for that bet will be refunded or voided.
• Match fixing, use of insider information, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may be referred for legal action.
• l899 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting activity and to hold the relevant account and funds during the investigation.
• Game outcomes are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG). l899 is committed to ensuring fair play.

7 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

l899's VIP Program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• The terms for using VIP rewards are determined separately, and l899 reserves the right to modify VIP program benefits at any time.
• VIP benefits apply only to active and verified accounts.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l899 platform. Involvement in any prohibited activity will result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and may lead to legal action:

• Operating an account on behalf of or with the assistance of a minor.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages from bonuses or offers.
• Using fraudulent software, bots, or automated tools to bet or play games.
• Match fixing, use of insider information, or colluding with other users to commit fraud.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
